Before joining the Loggers, Coach Schmidt was a high school coach from 1995-2016 where he helped, as either the Head Coach, Defensive Coordinator, and/or assistant coach, 4 different teams make the playoffs 20 out of the 22 years at the HS level. He has several accolades including the 2013 Seattle Star Times HCOY, two HS State Championships, and five HS State Championship Appearances.
