For 22 years coach Carpenter has coached at almost all levels of football from HS, D3, NAIA, D2 and FCS. From 2017 thru 2021 he was the offensive coordinator at the University of St. Thomas where they successfully transitioned from Division 3 to the FCS. He is currently the Co-Head Coach at Two Rivers High School in the St. Paul area.
