Later he obtained his Master's Degree in Sports Administration from Millersville University. Coach Ortega has a plethora of coaching experience including the college and high school levels. He has coached 35 Division 1 players and over 54 Division 2 football players. His career record as Coatesville Head Coach 180-49. In 2022, Coach Ortega became the winningest coach in Coatesville Football history (125 wins).
