Bill Williams is a former Marine, Motivational Speaker, and currently the Head Football Coach in Hartshorne, Oklahoma. Williams was a State Semi-Finalist in 2013-14 and was the Defensive Coordinator of the National Team who won the 2016 International Bowl.
